Born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, Victor Eby is a Christian who is deeply dedicated to the teaching profession and has a desire to teach students of all ages. His travels have taken him to more than nine countries including China, Peru, and Israel. He enjoys aquatics, tea, photography and the Word of God. Currently he teaches at Christian Academy in Japan as a high school Bible teacher and learning resource teacher. He also is a coach of women's field hockey and junior high track & field.
As a young man he gained an interest in teaching after becoming a swimming instructor through the American Red Cross. Upon graduating high school, he obtained a degree in Elementary Education and Bible & Theology along with a TESOL certificate at Emmaus Bible College in Dubuque, Iowa.
